Every body is different. Every starting point matters.

Find your path. Move with purpose.

It’s learning to move better, become stronger and challenge what your body is capable of, at every stage of life.

There is no finish line. Just progress.

A littleabout me

Strength & Longevity Coach · Auckland

47 years young. 20 years in the fitness industry. Mum of two boys.

Still learning. Still growing. Still practicing.

Strength. Mobility. Longevity.

I’m Leanne. For over two decades I’ve helped people build strength, move better and feel confident in their bodies, with a personal approach to creating a body that lasts.

My boys are 4 and 8. Two pregnancies and two C-section births showed me firsthand how much our bodies change through different stages of life. My own journey through motherhood, recovery and rebuilding strength has shaped the way I approach movement today. Our bodies are incredibly adaptable when we give them the right foundations, time and attention.

Today I’m stronger, more mobile and more curious about what my body can do than ever. I’m still learning new skills, practicing handstands and challenging what we’re told ageing should look like.

My training has evolved. It’s no longer about lifting heavier or looking a certain way. It’s about strength, mobility, stability and recovery.

Movement is something we should never stop exploring. Whether you’re rebuilding after an injury, navigating changes in your body, starting from scratch or ready to take your strength further, everyone has a starting point. And longevity goes far beyond the gym: how we nourish ourselves, how we sleep and recover, and the small choices we make every day.

I’m not interested in quick fixes or perfection. I’m interested in strength, confidence and habits that last.

Getting older doesn’t mean slowing down. It means finding new ways to grow.

The LongevityPathway

Don’t just live longer. Live stronger.

The way you move, train and care for your body today shapes how you live tomorrow.

A personalised 12-month journey designed to build strength, restore mobility, improve resilience and give you the knowledge to take ownership of your health for life.

Because longevity isn’t just about adding years to your life. It’s about adding life to your years.

Months 1–2

Assess & Restore

Understand your body before we build it.

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your movement, posture, strength, mobility, nutrition, hydration, sleep and lifestyle.

Together, we identify imbalances, establish strong foundations and create a personalised pathway towards better health and long-term performance.

Months 3–8

Rebuild & Strengthen

Build strength that supports you for life.

Progressive strength training, mobility, stability and fascia-focused movement form the foundation of this phase.

Alongside personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, we develop a stronger, more resilient body that moves freely, performs efficiently and ages well.

Months 9–12

Sustain

Your strength. Your knowledge. Your lifestyle.

This is where everything comes together. You have the tools, confidence and understanding to take ownership of your health.

Training becomes a way of life, with ongoing guidance and check-ins to keep you progressing.

The goal isn’t to need a coach forever. It’s to build a body and lifestyle you can sustain for life.

Longevity · The method

Fascia, elasticity& ageing well

Ageing doesn’t mean we have to stop moving like we did when we were younger.

We can maintain muscle mass and strength well into our 50s, 60s and beyond. But strength alone isn’t the whole picture.

As we age, our connective tissues, including fascia, tendons and ligaments, undergo changes that can influence how we move, absorb force and respond to physical demands. We may gradually lose some of the natural spring, elasticity and responsiveness we once had.

But our bodies are incredibly adaptable. Muscles aren’t the only tissues that respond to training. Tendons and other connective tissues also adapt when exposed to the right amount of load, tension and movement.

This is why my approach to training goes beyond traditional strength exercises. I incorporate a combination of:

  • Isometric strengthBuilding stability and the ability to maintain tension.
  • Eccentric trainingDeveloping strength and control as muscles lengthen.
  • PlyometricsImproving our ability to absorb and produce force.
  • Elastic movementBouncing, hopping and jumping to develop spring and responsiveness.
  • Mobility & movement explorationMaintaining freedom of movement, coordination and control.

The goal isn’t simply to build stronger muscles. It’s to create a body that moves well, responds quickly, absorbs force efficiently and remains capable of doing the things we love.

At 47, I believe more than ever that we shouldn’t stop exploring what our bodies are capable of. We can’t stop biological ageing, but we can influence how we age through the way we move, train, nourish and recover.

Longevity isn’t about slowing down. It’s about building a body that allows you to keep moving, adapting and exploring for years to come.

Leanne in a back bridge

Longevity is more than exercise. It’s a way of life.

It’s how you move, nourish your body, recover, rest and show up for yourself every day.

Small, consistent choices that build a stronger, healthier life for years to come.
